We will help build your kids strength, endurance, speed, and athleticism. each class is one hour long and will consist of a warm up, workout, and cool down. Every class will be different and exciting. Please feel free to message us anytime with any questions as we are always here to help any way we can.
We also offer sport specific, custom plans for teams.
