Goal Setting Session (30 min)
We will sit down and go over your current and extended goals. Set a plan in place to help you reach them, then assist you in crushing them.

No-Sweat Intro (1 hours )
Your first visit with us will be about 20-30 minutes long. We’ll give you a take a tour of the facility. Then we’ll sit down and talk.
We want to get to know you and your fitness goals, and then together we’ll decide what the best way to get started will be – Privately Coached On-Ramp Process, Personal Training, Coach Led Group Classes, or a combination paired with or without our Nutritional Consultations. The good news is that we have a variety of programs available for whatever your needs may be.

Nutrition Consultation (30 min)
We will sit down and go over your current plan to see what we can do to help get/keep you on a path towards a healthier lifestyle.

Personal Training Session (1 hours )
Up to 1 on 4 Personal Training with a coach that has been trained by some on the best in the business, in a facility with every piece of equipment you will even need to reach and exceed your fitness goals in the most expeditious manner.

Personal Training Session and Nutrition Consultation (1 hours )
We will go over what you have done and adjust based on your goals. Then we will proceed to a personal training session where we will test you based on your goals as well.
