Your first visit with us will be about 20-30 minutes long. We’ll give you a take a tour of the facility. Then we’ll sit down and talk.
We want to get to know you and your fitness goals, and then together we’ll decide what the best way to get started will be – Privately Coached On-Ramp Process, Personal Training, Coach Led Group Classes, or a combination paired with or without our Nutritional Consultations. The good news is that we have a variety of programs available for whatever your needs may be.
